After setting up camera exposure/Gain/etc under source.
Set destination to Graphic File.

Select Movie File type to AVI and give a base folder path

Select Time lapse in the Image Capture box (above).
In the Time lapse capture box select number of frames and the time interval and make sure Capture to movie file is checked.
Click Start.
After the appropriate time delay the image will be in the designated folder.
