Imaging Planet Customer Return Policy
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items purchased through ImagingPlanet within 30 days of delivery for a replacement, credit or refund by contacting our Customer Service Center.  Items that cannot be returned or replaced are described below under “Ineligible Returns/Replacements”.  If a refund or credit is issued the purchase price less a restocking fee of 20% & any applicable sales tax will be refunded/credited.

Sending back your return
1.    Prior to shipping your item, please contact our Customer Service Center for a return form.
2.    Complete the return form indicating the reason for return & if you would like a refund, credit or replacement.  Provide your complete contact information so we can contact you if there are any questions or delays in processing your return.
3.    Pack all items along with the return form securely in the original packaging & if possible in the original shipping carton the items were received in. 
4.    Send prepaid via UPS or Federal Express.  No collect shipments will be accepted.

Ineligible Returns/Replacements
Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no charge with the same item.  If an item was sold as a system individual components of that system cannot be returned for refund/credit.  Systems must be returned for refund/credit or replacement as a complete system unless otherwise specified.  Special orders for items requiring a factory order may not be returned.  Due to licensing constraints software packages that have been opened may not be returned.  If, after inspection at our Customer Service Center, an item is found to be not eligible for return the item will be returned to the customer.

Processing Your Return
Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed.  If, after 14 days, you have not received notice that your return has been processed, please contact our Customer Service Center.  If you used a credit card for your purchase please allow up to 2 billing cycles for any eligible refund to be processed.

Changing or Canceling an Order
Once an order has been placed you must contact our Customer Service Center to cancel or change your order.  We will be unable to honor requests to cancel or change an order that has already been processed for shipment or required a special factory order.
